I would love to give this gp surgery no stars, but thats not an option. The reception staff are incompetent, miserable and very rude. You would think they volunteered to work there instead of getting paid to work there. The doctor's arent any better. They tell you you're prescription is ready, you get there and no its still in with the doctor. Only one doctor can sign your prescription??? Are they not all qualified? Best thing I ever did was leave.
I am alive due to the doctors at this practice who saw I had problem with my heart, I was rushed to hospital for emergency treatment and although my condition is not curable I have been ginven the appropriate medication and follow up care, so I can not fault them.However I do realise the appointment system needs to be looked at as I have had problems in the past.
A shambles of a medical group. Prescriptions take forever to be sent to the chemist. They never keep good records they always insist on tests being done even though you have had them done. Paper work goes missing every time.
Possibly the worst Doctors Ive ever used... Once visited one doctor and wanted to discuss 2 problems. The doctor reaponded with Wed rather only discuss one appointment at a time because we are busy Im suppose Im fortunate it wasnt a toss up between cancer and aids. Also try making an appointment on the day, I dare you. Its not possible.
