Excellent food and a really friendly establishment... 5 star
Been going here for a while, no problems until tonight. Phoned in order, person on the other other end was having difficulty with whatever system they use to take orders. After having to repeat my order at least 5 or 6 times, they read it back to me and it is finally correct, I'm told delivery should be approx 45min to an hour. An hour and a half later.... No food. Rang up to see what was going on. Person that took the order denied ever speaking to me even though I repeated their own words back to them. If they'd have been honest about the mistake I would have given them the benefit of the doubt, seeing as I was practically accused of lying I shall not be going back.

Pizzas from here are good compared to others in the local area, sometimes find the cheese a little well done maybe just me being fussy me. Otherwise I'd give 5*****
used to love this takeaway until they put up the price's and the minimum order price to 10 which is ridiculous especially since I live alone and don't want to have to order extra food just to be able to get a delivery! also they are very slow and quite often forget items from your order then think it's acceptable to send the missing items out 45 minutes later when you have already finished your meal.
